Shipping days are Wednesday and Saturday for regular orders. Custom orders are shipped when completed. To guarantee customer satisfaction, we prefer not to ship Body Butters during the summer months due to high risk of melting during transit. Thank you for your understanding!
Return and Refund Policy
Here, at Je T'aime Bath & Body, we're all about Love.. so naturally, we want you to love your products. On the off chance that doesn't happen, we got you!
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may qualify for a refund. Please see the conditions below.
- You received the item less than thirty (30) calendar days ago, AND
- You have at least 75% of the product remaining in the original packaging
In order to initiate your return, send us a love note in the space provided above. Be sure to include your name and order number. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
